Our 14-Day Return Window

If for any reason you are not completely enchanted with your handmade piece, you may initiate a return or size exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its pristine original condition.
• Original labels, wooden cedar block, and gift storage box must be intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, perfume odors, pet hair, or laundry detergent exposure cannot be accepted.

Artisan Quality Guarantee

Because our garments are knitted and crocheted stitch by stitch by master artisans, we hold our construction to the highest standard. In the rare event of a craftsmanship defect (such as an unfastened seam or dropped loop), Woolèa Store will repair, exchange, or refund your item free of charge within 60 days of purchase.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size for your baby romper or cable sweater? We offer complimentary size exchange assistance. Email us at wooleastoreofficial@gmail.com with your order number and desired replacement size.

Custom & Monogrammed Items

Garments that have been personalized with custom embroidered monograms or made according to custom body measurements are crafted exclusively for you and are final sale, unless there is a genuine material or craftsmanship flaw.
